Why you received an email from us
We contacted you at a business address because your organisation matches the profile of companies we advise: mid-sized enterprises where an executive team is weighing where AI would genuinely pay. We are not a mailing list and you were not added to one.
What we hold
Only what is necessary to have a professional conversation:
- your name and role;
- your business email address;
- your employer's name, country, industry and approximate size;
- a record of what we sent you and any reply you chose to send.
We hold no personal address, no phone number, no financial data, and nothing about you outside your professional role. We do not track whether you opened this email or clicked anything in it.
Where it came from
Company and contact details are sourced from commercial business-intelligence providers and public records. Every organisation is verified against independent evidence before we make contact; where the evidence is unclear, we do not contact them.
Lawful basis
Legitimate interest in business-to-business communication with a named professional at their work address, balanced against a one-click, immediate and permanent opt-out. If you object, we stop — that is the whole balance.
How to stop hearing from us
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message. It takes one click, applies immediately, and is permanent: your address is added to a suppression list that every future send is checked against. You can also simply reply and ask; we will do it by hand. We do not ask why.
Retention
If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on the suppression list indefinitely, and nothing else. That is the only way to guarantee we never contact you again — deleting the record entirely would risk re-adding you from a future data source.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to privacy@vaultehq.com and we will respond within 30 days.
